How long does delivery take?

Most UK orders are despatched within 48 hours of you placing your order.

You should allow between 7 and 14 days for orders to destinations outside of the UK.

Are my credit card details safe?

Can I return goods if they do not fit or are not suitable?

Yes, simply contact us with your order details and we can e-mail you the return details, we will be happy to exchange or refund any unused items within 90 days of original purchase.

Can I receive an Order quickly in time for a birthday or Christmas?

Yes. Simply contact us before you place your order and ask us for our Special Delivery option. For a few pounds more we can often send your order by 24 hour Special Delivery.
